I was very pleased with the order. Communication about the delivery was great. Products wonderful.

Not keen on the whole bad review thing. But currently very annoyed. Love their products. I have a reed diffuser. It is quite expensive, but worth every cent. Or, so it would have been, if I was able to refill it. After mails and calls not being answered, it has led me to write this review. Let's see if I can get a response now. So sad to have to resort to this kind of behaviour, just to have a nice smelling room. Here is hoping.
