We have imported Mexican habanero chilli and grow it locally so it is optimally fresh and hot. We use ripe habanero chilis, orange and red in colour.

The Greek name for liquorice is 'Glycyrrhiza glabra', which means 'the sweet root'. This name is no understatement because in its natural state the liquorice root is 30-50 times sweeter than plain sugar. We gather our fine liquorice roots from Afghanistan and the Middle East.
